The workorganisation
The work organization in our emergency centres or controlroom is the way the daily tasks are performed. The documentation of the procedures is the result of most of these projects.
Some examples of the questions asked in our projects:
- Wat is the general view on the future of our controlroom?
- Who are our customers and what do they expect from us?
- What processes are coordinated or controlled and what is the general alarm philosophy in our work?
- How can we improve the services to our customers?
- What tasks do we perform and how are these tasks allocated to the different workstations / operators?
- How many persons are needed to perform the tasks in an optimum way?
- In what way can we keep our procedures up-to-date?
- How do we provide continuous training to our operators?
